This painting represents a crucial moment in my life, when I decided to break away from routine and explore a more authentic path. After years working in construction, train cleaning, and as an electromechanic, each day felt like a copy of the last, and I felt my essence fading into mechanical tasks. My creativity was slipping away, and the passion for painting I had as a child seemed distant, almost forgotten. In early 2023, tired of living a repressed life, I decided to make a change: I bought a ticket to Asia and traveled for three months through the Philippines, Bali, and Thailand. It was an adventure that was not only physical but also spiritual. It was a journey towards the freedom to experiment, rediscover myself, and explore my full potential.

Each element of the painting symbolizes this transition. The dark bills in the corner represent income from OnlyFans, made possible by the support of my social media community. What began as an economic solution became an essential resource to make this journey possible. As I progressed, I faced the pressure and expectations of those who followed me, symbolized by the extended hands in the painting, reaching out to connect with me.

Upon returning, I had to confront a temporary ban on OnlyFans, forcing me to reflect: What do I truly want?

This painting is my answer. It is a promise to return to what makes me authentic, to find balance between sustenance and passion. This work is a step toward my more creative self, a stage of self-discovery. It invites the viewer to be part of this story, to carry with them the beginning of my rebirth.
